or faxed to 813-287-5757.
Cancellations must be received in writing four business days prior to the seminar date or you will be invoiced for the full fee of the workshop / seminar. For FREE seminars (members only), the fee will be $20.00. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
