DOL issued revised Minimum Wage Poster

The Department of Labor has issued the new, revised Minimum Wage Poster reflecting the higher wage effective July 24, 2007. IER has the poster free of charge to members under the “Resources” section of our web-site. Keep your current Federal Minimum Wage Poster displayed until July 24, 2007.
Employers must display both the Federal and Florida Minimum Wage Posters. As of today, the Federal Minimum Wage Poster has not been released by the Department of Labor in Spanish. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact an IER Advisor.
