The updated COBRA notices for 2009 have been placed on the IER website. You can access them if you are a current member. There are 4 new Notices: 1) General Notice (Full version) 2) General Notice (abbreviated version) 3) Alternative Notice 4) Extended Election periods Notice Log on with your website ID and use the keyword 'COBRA' to search for the documents.
