NLRA Employee Rights - New poster required

ATTENTION FEDERAL CONTRACTORS:
Effective June 21, 2010 investigators are starting to check compliance with Executive Order 13,496; which requires federal contractors to post notices informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
As an IER Member you have access to the new poster on our website, by searching for NLRA - or looking under the Resources tab - Posters/Federal Posters section.
